Good prices, fabulous service, and the ramen is top notch!!! The spicy ramen is not hot just extra flavorful.

Casual ramen eatery with festive decor and ambience. The combo option was nice to add either karage, gyoza, or takoyaki for less than $5. However the portion of the karage seemed small with 3 pieces. It was tasty though! I ordered the spicy miso ramen and liked the spice level. The soft boiled egg was slightly overcooked, but the large portions of pork belly made up for it. Overall we enjoyed it and would come back for casual eats.

High-quality Ramen in the medical district. I got the pork Tonkotsu Ramen and it was incredibly delicious. The pork had this melt in your mouth texture, and very easy to chew And flavorful. The service was quick and efficient. The place had a nice ambience. They also had a lot of vegetarian ramen options.

The ramen here is incredibly flavorful and savory. I had the vegetarian ramen, and from the first bite, it was more flavorful than most places I've tried. My friend had the spicy tonkotsu ramen and said it was even more flavorful and rich. I also appreciated that they offered four different vegetarian options, which is a lot compared to other places. The overall experience was great: the place is cute, the service was fast and attentive, and the food was delicious!

Is this the same one that used to be on maple? Love the vibes in here. The music is good!! The service is good. Laid back and attentive workers. Give us some pretty good recommendations so we went with it. Seafood spicy miso was my choice. It was delicious and filling! We also ordered the spicy edamame and that was bomb!!!!! Pls get that! Glad it's close to work. Will definitely come back

Tonkotsu Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen with Pork Belly Pretty good! Good flavors, good portions. I don't think it was anything mind blowing, but definitely a solid place! My friend really enjoyed his spicy miso ramen. The pork belly was great, egg perfect

My brother and I had a craving for ramen, and looked up spots nearby with good reviews. This spot is located in an unassuming strip mall. To be honest, I never would have even thought to eat here if it hadn't been for the high number of good reviews. I went with my go-to, the spicy miso ramen. It was surprisingly tasty! I didn't expect it to taste as good as it did. Thanks to the honest reviews, I was able to discover a place I would have otherwise never visited. My brother had the signature Ichiro bowl, and said it was delicious as well. I will absolutely come back again next time I find myself in the area.

Ever since I have come to the DFW area, I have been on a quest to find the best ramen in Dallas. My litmus test is a tonkatsu ramen, and I have to say that Ichiro has the best one in the entire DFW area. Here are some of my comments on a couple of criteria I use to judge tonkatsu ramen: Criteria 1: Much be thick and fatty broth In terms of broth quality, it's not the best I've had compared to other places across the country, but it's acceptable and far better than other bland/diluted broths I've had at other places in the DFW. Criteria 2: Noodles are not overcooked and do a good job of grabbing the broth The noodles were cooked just right and do an above-average job at bringing the broth with each slurp. My only issue is that the noodle length is cut too short for my liking. Criteria 3: Toppings must be filling I'm not asking for a lot of toppings, but I really feel like other places are rationing. That is certainly not the case at Ichiro. Just look at how many Chashu pieces I got with a normal bowl. Criteria 4: Broth is given at just the right temperature. Shouldn't be too cold on presentation and not hot enough to give you 2nd-degree burns. Just a couple of points that I noticed when eating Ichiro ramen. It's definitely a place I go back to whenever I need a solid bowl of ramen.
